WE ASKED YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES, MAKE SURE YOU’RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT’S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD.
IF YOU DON’T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON’T PROCESS THE PAYMENT.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox.

Please allow 2-7 Business Days After orders have been shipped for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided. If you provide an incorrect shipping address on your order we are not responsible for lost packages if you don’t email us immediately.
If your orders is stating billing discrepancy (different zip code for shipping & billing) it may result in delays.

International Orders:
We do offer international shipping. Please allow 7-15 business days to receive orders. Shipping cost will be added at checkout. Once your item has been shipped your will receive tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country or for any orders lost in transit.
